A children’s church for children age 4 – grade 3 is available during the morning worship service.
The Board of Christian Education, which is composed of the Sunday School superintendent, assistant superintendent and Sunday School teachers, is responsible for the organization and administration of the entire educational program of the Sunday School.
The Board of Deacons is primarily responsible for the spiritual welfare of the church and its members. Duties include visiting the sick and needy, assisting the pastor in his pastoral work, serving communion and determining how the church building shall be used.
LADIES MISSIONARY SOCIETY
The purpose of this women’s group is to support local and overseas missionaries. It supports four missionaries – Western Maine Child Evangelism Fellowship, ABCOM Missionaries, and Jim & Becky Clarke of Wycliffe Translators – through prayer, monetary gifts and material goods. The meeting times are posted in the church bulletin or announced from the pulpit.
During the Sunday morning worship service a nursery is provided for children who are in kindergarten or below.
Everyone is welcome to join this system of sharing prayer requests by telephone, in which each person on the chain calls the next person listed. If anyone would like to join the prayer chain or make a prayer request for the prayer chain, please call the pastor.
Ladies join secret pals for fun and fellowship. Secret pals is just that - secret. Each May, names are drawn from the participants and then gifts, cards, flowers, etc. are given secretly through the course of the year. Revealing takes place in May.
We offer Sunday School at 9:30am each Sunday Morning.
The Board of Trustees is responsible for the financial welfare of the church and for the care and upkeep of the church property.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
We offer a 1 week Vacation Bible School during the summer.
